We accept returns only if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo or video showing the issue. We'll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used bedding, or for reasons like preference, sizing, or fill density. Please note that all bedding is shipped compressed and will regain its shape after a short fluff or tumble in the dryer.
